How do I go about stopping this? Wet sand it?

I know i'm not in ideal conditions spraying in the boot of my mates car in cold temperatures.. but I kinda need it done soon and everything else is turning out pretty good.

Hmmm hairdryer it is, ill wet sand it, warm it up, warm up the rattle can again and give it another go.

Ive heard of good results from putting the tins in hit water for 10 mins first too

Ford velvet purple.
Apparent that might be silicone reaction. Which makes sense as it was resting on a Tyre. I will be starting again it seems.

I was gunna use that colour, but i couldn't find out how to make it because the ford book didn't have the colour code, it's pretty old lol.
So i'm going for Thistle Purple now, as that is almost as nice

Paint reaction there Chris, looks like its been contaminated. Giving it a good wet sand will help deffo

Mostly bits you can't see then they sell it in halfords anyway. It only works out £1 more than eBay so it'd not that bad

Calipers need to be powdercoated though, all the other bits are fine to do by hand

Actually i suppose because calipers have a rough surface anyways, a universal gloss UHT purple would look better

that my friend is is a reaction from silicon in the air, usually called fish eying, sand it back lightly till its smooth, then use pre-paint wipes and a tak rag, and try and air out the area your spraying in, maybe removed the tyres untill the paint has dried too
