Hi all, Hope someone can help.
I have recently changed the wishbones and droplinks on my fiesta and the steering still felt a little off, i went to kwik fit and they adjusted the tracking as both wheels were toeing inwards. Since then the car has still felt odd, when i turn left the ns front wheel screaches and doesn't feel as if it's gripping correctly. Also when i accelerate there seems to be a wobble and the car pulls to the left but when i pull off the accelerator it pulls to the right. The car very unstable to drive, the front wheels also don't look straight, as if they are now toeing outwards (badly).
Any suggestions of what this could be. I don't want to keep paying out and changing parts just on the chance it might correct the fault.

Thanks again all.

were they good quality wishbones? are the tyre pressures right? try putting the front wheels on the back, see if the problem is still there. i had a similar problem a while back which turned out to be a dodgy tyre

No they were just cheap wishbones to get the car on the road. I'll try changing the wheels over. Thanks

Go to a different kwik fit with your receipt and they'll check it again for you.

It usually takes me at least two goes for the daft twats to get it right!
