The engine mounts will need changing, you will need to get both front and rear (i think rear too) engine mounts from a 1600 si, once they are inplace, the engine is good to bolt in, then you will need to get a zetec engine wiring loom - from a 1.6 si again, then get the engine, ecu, and other bits for the conversion - sump ect ect ect (all info for conversion is on the site). Then basically, its all ready to do in. Not the hardest conversion ever. If your after a little bit more power and want a cheap replacement, get a 1.6 cvh engine from an xr2i... other than that, go zetec.
