no, usually a decat pipe is used, goes from the exhaust manifold to the middle section of the exhaust, or atleast mine does, which i wont need if i can get a 4-2-1

So if i got a 4-2-1 manifold then i wouldn't need a pipe to de-cat my car i just have to connect the 4-2-1 to my manifold and mid section?

yes, the 4-2-1 goes from the mid-section of the zorst to the cylinder head

So basically it's better than just having a de-cat... That's cool because i was gunna get a de-cat pipe for £150 and for the manifold as well... and being an ashley to me it's a bargain lol

Ah right fair enough. Make the engine breathe brilliantly if i get one of those. And an Ashley cat back system and a decent intake.. I recon atleast 10+ bhp increase

i was going to get a focus st170 manifold cut it and make my own

this 1 is the correct one for the si, ive had this comfirmed by potn who spoke to ashley after i asked them if it requires modding.
