what is this wire and where does this go and does any one no where theoil leak could be???? its under the engine and oil has leaked onto the steerin rod and into the drivers footwelll

my stab in the dark is... see if ur oil filter is loose. i got my car home after picking it up from birmingham and a week later realised there was a small drip of oil ov drive way parents werent to happy either lol

worried myself that it wud be a major problem and just turned out to be loose filter.

in ur pic it seems to have oil run marks under it... worth a try 2 min job
