right ive been working my bum off today....

ive now found my rough / lumpy idle problem! i went through the idel control valve, lambda sensor and maf, i have came to the conclusion that there is a emmisions control valve ( little black plastic thing, with 3 hoses, 1 coming from the rocker cover, 1 goes to the breather in the air box and the final one is a vacum hose) this vacum hose is the problem ( the one that fits in the bottom of this plastic vlave ) if you disconnect this and put your thumb over the end it should stop your lumpy idle!! ive got a new valve from ford for £20.01 + vat!!!

i will get some pictures up of what im on about, trust me im 100% sure on every 1.4 with lumpy idle this little buger is your problem!!

hope this help's!!!

thanks
