Well basically i shoved some amber 501's in my sidelights for that JDM look, but i'm unsure on the legality of them? The JDM Mazda's came with sidelight + indicator clusters in orange but that was for japan....the uk ones had clear lenses where the indicator had an orange innner lense if you get me....so just wondering if it is legal or not what i have done?

nah mate the running lights come on with the ignition and have a seperate switch

That techincally isnt legal by law, but im 95% sure you wont get pulled with them like that, and if you do, just turn them off and change them back.

I see plenty of other cars with them now. Specially the Jap wagons going around, you know the older people jap people carriers?

well, might leave em in for the next few days and see how they go.....we were 2 spaces behind a cop car twice the other day and didn't get stopped....so touch wood they be fine.....


opinions on them btw compared to the xenon white ones to match the headlights? I like them for the JDM look but they make it look a little older?

I think they look good! Alot of people who own jap cars are going towards the JDM type look now.
