I installed a new headunit to my Fiesta and new door speakers but for some reason when i have it on the music doesnt come out clear its stops and starts all the way through.

just wondering does any one know why this is

sounds more like a CD quality problem or laser pick up if ok on radio, have you tried a new'ish orignal CD (not a copy)

have you checked that you have fitted the wires onto the spreekers properly and if you have cut the old speeker wireing to attach the new speekers to have you wrapped insulating tape around the joints? and just check all your plugs at the back of the stero as when you push it back it it can knock a plug lose

tried a brand new cd and still the same the speakers i got a ford fiesta adaptor so i could put them in without cutting wires
