my xr2i has started stalling at junctions, its ok if i rev is a bit just before i get to a junction, other wise it will stall, it will also so it if i am in 3rd 4th or 5th and changing down, if i leave it too long it will stall whilst driving along, then i have to bump it at high speed!!

i have a feeling its the idle control valve, if not any other ideas!!?? (it has been serviced )

sounds like the idle speed control valve need cleaning up, i had the same problem with mine.

could also be the vehicle speed sensor thats screwed into the gearbox,especially if its fine when stood

easy to fix undo speedo cable,undo sensor,replace with another from scrappies

TBH I can bet you it is the ISCV.

While your at it, take apart the MAF and the ISCV and clean them both. Will do a world of goodness to your car
