after refittin my clutch cable when i have my radio off i can hear air comin into my car, it sounds like it comin from the driver foot well!!

my G/F's dad did disconnect a black pipe 2 get a bettet view of my clutxh pedal and he made sure it was reconnected after we had finished! i have check that it is connected and from what i can feel and see it looks in order!

can some1 shed some light on yet another 1 of my little probs cheers!

i havent worked on my clutch in any way at all but a simple question is:

does air come in only when moving?

(if so check there are no gaps through the bulkhead where there shouldnt be)

could possibly be a hole in front chassis leg(i think thats what it is), its behind the inner arch liner at the rear or the arch. my last fiesta had a nice big hole through into cabin of car.
current one isnt as bad, but its getting sorted before it goes through.

Possibly be the rubbergrommet isnt fitted correctly (the one the clutchcable goes threw)

@ onslack - how much for cambelt job?
how much for bushes?

I can't be bothered to do the bushes myself, but the cambelt is prob. quite easy cos the mounts at the front isnt it
