In Earlier topics u can see i posted about my fiesta tapping its got worse alot worse been told its bottom end and need a new engine. ive had few machanics look at it and they think they the old owner has cut oil light wire so light doesnt come on when is empty lol not good news since i only got car over a week ago lol does anyone know where i could get a 1.6 SI engine from? its M reg which is 1995 and does anyone know if ive got rights because i only bought car a week ago? lol the guy who sold it too me shouldnt be able to get away with it right??

was it from a garage or private?

if it was private it will probably be turned around that you bought it sold as seen and things should have been checked

i remember reading a very interesting post on ft.com along the lines that someone bought a car off of someone and needed loads of work doing but the car was sold as seen

for a 1.6 engine id check either the parts area on here or ebay
