well recently it doesnt work too well. When I noticed I thought the water bottle was empty, but topping up didnt help.

I can hear the pump, and water comes out for 1/2 second then stops, and doesnt make it very far up the window. I think maybe air is in there causing problems?

Its just strange since I can hear the pump going and I know its got plenty of water.

I waxed car a few weeks ago and got some on the spray nozels, but I have checked them and they are clear...

going to get some more spray nozles tomorrow (want adjustable ones) but anything else I can try?

looks like a pita to take the bottle/pump out?

disconnect the nozzles and try them and see if the pipes are blocked or not, if its spraying fine then u know for sure it is the nozzles, if not then check for holes in the pipe and such like!!!

Did you let the bottle run empty? If so there's a possibility you've sucked up the fibre washer/filter gubbin into the pump (been there done that in -2 weather!) to remedy it you'll need access to the pump by turning your wheels all the way to the right and undoing the front lower half of your wheel arch liner, then root around until you can get at the pump, it just twists and pulls out, you'll see a congealed mess of black gunk, this is/was the washer/filter gubbin, remove it and refit pump, run washers with small amount of a water/vinegar mix to clear any muck and hopefully it's all working again

mine packet up not long ago and it was the bushes on the motor that had disindergrated. went to ford and wanted £37 for one went to the breakers yard and got 2 and they gave me them for free hehe. i have the spare one somewhere if you want to collect it from me at some point if i can find it lol
