Seems s this gets asked alot! ![]() Parts from the mondeo. Engine- 2.0Ltr 16v zetec series one or 2 (Will say DOHC on series 1 and zetec 16v on series 2) Needs to be the silver top type not black top! ECU - Either of the following ECu's will work: DESK - 93BB-12A650-ED DEWY - 93BB-12A650-EE DEEP - 93BB-12A650-EF MAF- Some say you need to match the MAF to the ECU but i presonally dont have a matching MAF and ECU and it works fine. Throttle body Injectors Oil pump- but only if you use the CVH oil filter Parts to use from the fiesta (providing its a 16v zetec) Loom Inlet manifold- See N.B. Exhaust Manifold- See N.B. N.B. The Fiesta RS1800 would be better as there less restrictive than the 1.6 item. Sump Oil pick up pipe Alternator Starter motor Flywheel Dipstick tube Power steering pump Gearbox Exhaust TPS throttle linkage and the cable retaining plate - Throttle body items Reccomended new parts to buy Cambelt and tensioners head gasket See N.B. Exhaust manifold Gasket See N.B. Inlet manifold Gasket See N.B. Rocker cover Gasket See N.B. Sump Gasket See N.B. N.B. A gasket set can useually be purchased which will work out cheaper than buying individaully Spark plugs HT leads Water pump Oil filter - if your using the mondeo oil pump you will need a CVH item as its shorter! Oil Antifreeze/coolant |
