Hi, how easy would this conversion be into a R reg mk4 fiesta? its currently a 1.25 zetec and i've just snapped the cam belt for a second time so want something a big bigger rather than keepin a 1.2 again

All the guides i've seen are for a 1.6 si, and they all say you need alot of the parts from the 1.6 and im guessing these are probably alot different from the later 1.2 engine?

it would mean wiring looms changing i would guess.. engine mounts fabricated to fit the 2.0ltr zetec as they are nothing like the zetec in your car.
mk4's are easier to use puma engine 1.7 :)

Do you need the lamda sensor off the mondeo aswell?

nope, you can use the one that comes off your 1.6 :thumbsup:

but a 2.0 mondeo one does work, only thing i found was the cable was shorter then the cable on the 1.6 sensor![/quote]
