My usual day-to-day is a sausage and bacon sandwich on white or brown bread, with loads of butter.
Obviously had to stop them as i was piling on the pounds

i dine in the morning i have a range really... porriage, egg on toast, musli(home made) thas it really 
all made by my mommy

I tend not to eat in the mornings. Sometimes I do though, like this morning, I've just had a sausage and egg sandwich! 
But at home I usually get up on the weekends and don't eat all day, but Sam is sitting there starving
