Hi all

I am a new member to the forum, but im feeling a little :cry: at the moment. A few weeks ago i was Rushed into hospital late one evening. Anyways not to go into to much detail i was in intensive care for two days befor i woke up from status epilepticus witch is an epileptic coma. then had to spend another week in hospital.but im getting better by the day now.i have had to send my licence in to dvla and can not drive my pride and joy for a year in case i have a seizure. with my car not being on the road now i want to do some work on the engine of my car. i have just got hold a megasquirt ecu for the si 16v Zetec . i want to Fabricate an inlet for some bike boddies was thinking about some of an R6 or cbr 600 or maybe gsxr 600 ?. my question is how long would the tubes have to be to weld onto the intake.

one more thing how do i include a picture as a signiture. and how can i post a picture with a normal post.

first of all welcome to FSi mate..

second.. my god.. poor you! hope your feeling better now

which engine you running.. 1.6 1.8 or 2.0?

id say your best port of call would be to do this work on the 2.0

you can get some proper zetec inlets if you search ebay.. (there usualy attached to carbs.. but you could sell them on after)

pictures.. and sigs you need to upload to the internet.. via photobucket etc..

then you ened to put the URL of the image inbtween this > [img]YOUR%20URL[/img]

I suppose you will be able to save money on fuel,tax etc by not driving and spend it all on the SI getting it perfect! :chill:
