Whatever they are calling themselves nowadays Noticed pics i've uploaded onto my personal webspace are no longer working. even one's i've uploaded recently for my ebay items etc. tried ringing customer care etc. got shunted back onto queue twice. rang a different department. and conveniently their diagnostics systems are not working correctly. So i checked my usage stats. My homehub never drops out but the past week it was really really slow. Kinda like 56k speeds on page downloads. I gave up. It's picked back up again now. If the homehub is at fault I'll swap it back and use my old router. |

i must emphasise, i havent had any other problems with them, just this is really annoying me, and the fact that their customer service are not interested is winding me up |
