right after having a shit day yesterday it got shitter when my pertol cap broke and aa guy did this to get it out. didn't look bad at time other wise i'd have removed his teeth from his face in the same manner






this was nice of them but it gets better.

the aa were the people who cost me an engine rebuild when a very helpful twat dropped a posidrive screwdriver tip into my inlet manifold and didn't say anything so when i started off it went into head jammed valve bent valve snapped lobe off cam leaving valve constantly open into chamber and scored 0.5mm into the cylinder wall then went through piston and into sump

if that wasnm't enough called em up again. got a low loader home as car wasn't going anywhere.

so goes on gets strapped up but the guy hadn't put handbrake on only put it partially into gear

so we get to mine he unstraps it and starts to lower it as gear wasn't fully engaged a foot off the floor it popped out of partially selected gear rolled down low loader and onto deck via 1ft drop ripping off fuel lines brake lines sump, fuel tank.

all this in the space of 1 season with them

like fuck am i going with them ever again.

wouldn't advise anyone to either.

fucking useless fucking wankers deserve to be fucking put down!

Try these guys next time, I've had no problems with them, quite cheap also.

Mate, that is fookin aawful damage from so called professionals. You are well within your right to get them to pay for the damage, as you only signed a form allowing the guy to damage to filler cap, not the rear quarter.

Get with the RAC Im with them - have NO problems since I joined and called them out a few times (twice for me bloody clutch cable).

And while they are paying for the repair, get a mk3.5 filler cap fitted and get them to foot the bill

not a mk3.5 one considering getting the rear 1/4 smoothed over and going fuel cell in the boot

thats proper shocking that mate. i'd be on their arse big style, no need for that kind of damage.
Definately go for the fuel cell though.
I'm with CSMA for my recovery, been with them for about 4 years, never had a problem with them.
