I've been on a detox for around about a month and a half, which means no junk food (NOTHING AT ALL - no sugars unless totally natural, no sweetners, no dairy, no gluten, no caffeine, barely any wheat etc), with just only veg, fruit, salad, water, fish, healthy natural foods pretty much, with going to the gym a few times a week.
I'm now even skinnier! my typical jean size was 32, with a belt i'd fit snug into 34's even, but i've gone down to about a 30 now
However i weigh about a stone heavier. and I'm a lot happier in myself.
But basically, I've found cutting out all the crap and eating what the human body should be eating, without the aid of todays modern technology in food, has led to my acne starting to clear up, my stress to disappear, not being late for work, never being tired, generally being in happier moods that are constant, instead of feeling up and down, not feeling weak for craving food (I find it so odd not to crave anything at all), sleeping far better. and I could go on but i won't.
However i've got into my red wine a lot more too. I do love to have a red wine when i can
