I come home after a long day at work to find this!!
Right, where do i start. Maybe i should explain to everyone why this has come about.
I removed Cybermods admin priviledges about a week and a half ago. Why? because he didn't need them simply enough. yes he helped support the site a lot during certain events that took place thanks to his FOC hosting, and now we are stable his help will never be forgotten for such a great help he was.
As for the money side of things, this has made me angry.
You never asked for money, no matter how much you put into the hosting service that you tried to get to take off, you kept telling me that's it's a "free service for us guys" but I (Niether Des nor Scott) insisted that i wanted to pay you to say thank you, and the only reason i never got around to it is mainly due to me forgetting, busy with work and the fact that we've not spoken online in many, many months! (so i've never been reminded)
We've not lied to you, bullshitted you or whatever you say, i just didn't see the point in you having your admin rights. Is that ok?
It's not a dig at friendship, or anything. Is admin power that important to you that you would fight over such a thing? Is it that big a deal?
you say this has been building up for months? Not really, it was an instant thought of "oh cyber rarely speaks to us anymore, i've not seem him online much recently, nor has he posted on fsi in a very long time or added any contribution with his admin powers - why does he need them again?"
It's nothing to do with respect either. I respect you as much as i did when you had your admin rights. Who cares anyway? It's no big deal, Right?
You have not been screwed over! as there was nothing to screw you over with!!!!!
And we have never used the donation money for bits for any of our cars. Do you really think we make more than say 10 quid a month? which covers our hosting bills just. There is no money to be had in donations, it just helps us a little when we get the odd bit. So in reply to you calling us pretty much con artists so that we can modify our cars - FUCK OFF! how dare you say such an ignorant and nasty lie.
