to cut a long story short, a woman gives my mum shit, i see an advertisement for her business, find it on the internet, make up a new email and message her (use your imagination for what i said) - the reason for this, an over protective son - big question... is it traceable back to moi?

funny thing is she just replied saying she has reported it to the police, and her solicitor and i'll be hearing from them shortly. is this possible :S |

yeah but if she got my reg? fair play but if it does, some one needs to tell me how to remove my hardrive from my computer or whatever holds every bit of info on it okay? LOL this is funny but scary  thanks tango for your reassurance but i dont think its the end of it

all transactions and e-mails are usually based on IP addresses, so sorry dude, but if the police don't have more pressing matters, you may be getting a visit or a letter. I wouldn't worry though, unless of course you went proper physco in the e-mail..

Mainly if it was racist or death threats they would pay attention, other than that they have more pressing things to be dealing with. |

Stupid boy! never commit anything threatening in black and white. Especially on the internet where everything is I.P logged and traceable...Rest easy fellow citizen, for big brother is watching! (something like that, its George Orwell) Police might have a word...who knows. as the orange bummer said...death threats and inciting racial hatred are top of the polls...anything else gets filed in the bin usually |

hmm shit, not what i wanted to hear lol. would it have to be a direct death threat... such as i'm going to kill you? but something like you will regret it, that would probably be the same wouldnt it? oh well, looks like i'll be getting a visit! and i will be asking for advice! man, i'm an idiot what did you do though darren? and she knows i messaged her, but not that she said that to me! and im not planning on telling her unless i have to, which by the sounds of it, i will be doing. |

just sent an apology. it pained me to do it but my girlfriend and mum forced me to. fingers crossed. i did read the message i sent and it was pretty threatening. didn't realise i could be so horrible when angry! man i'm bricking one. |
