I don't know why but i've decided to put a post up about the fact that im undertaking a diet to finally rid myself of the chubb at the start of this year (2nd Jan)

Lighterlife for Men

I know theres lots of good and bad press, but my sister has got on extremely well and finished and not put weight back on, so i've decided to go for it

And needless to say its very very hard to start off with, being my second day im starving, especially as everyone eats around me, but it will be worth it for me to be in good shape

Hey look at this way, if i lose a few stone maybe that counts as stripping weight and the car will go faster :lol:

good look mate, just keep an eye on your calories, dont go over 2500 and get abit of excercise and youll find it easy.

I am on a "diet" as soon as the crap runs out in my house from Christmas , I've quit Pepsi Max as its all I drink, or at least I will only drink it when 100% necessary and thinking about it.. I was meant to join a gym today lol oh well. Soon soon. Good luck it'll be worth it!

Good luck mate, I was on a very slow diet last year as i like to call it lol. I just decided to cut down on everything, excersise more and stuff, and i lost over 3 stone over the course of about 6months i think it was. I was really proud of myself, I was 19 stone in december last year i think it was, if not a bit more. and now im down to justtttt under 15. Im slowly getting there, still a fatty. But looking back at the clothes i worse i was like, wow i was kinda big! Gone from like xxxl and xxl down to L im nost clothes shops, and xl in others. I was 42 waiste at my biggest, now im 38 and my trousers are getting too big for me now already lol.

Then i saw loads of mates the other night and they was like 'wow you have lost so much weight!' and it really does boost you to keep going :)

It WILL be hard, very hard infact, you will just crave food and if you give in then its not all bad, unless its like a family bucket from kfc lol, but i dont know if your like me where you just want to see instant results? Like wake up and lost a load of weight? It doesnt happen :( Its all about the mind too, you gotta mentally strong enough to do it sometimes.

Simple things to help as im sure you know, is just do things to occupy your time and take your mind off things. I did that, i sat and played on ps3 and pc and worked on my car and went out and stuff, it all helps.

Anyway, enough blabbering, your not even fat so you dont need to diet! Women these days huh! :lol:

I'm the opposite lol, i need to put on weight, because me and my friend go to the gym when we can but i'm still small haha. I'm only like 10st

But yeah, keep it up and think of the plus sides, lighter car is faster and also will reduce wear on seat bolsters hehe :)

Ade your not fat mate, its when you get like me that you need to think about dieting dude!! Just need to make sure you keep up the weights and cardio or you could in fact end up bigger like me!!!!

5 Day weigh in - 93.5Kg = loss of 3.8Kg/ 8.4 lbs

i like to keep toned with a few mile run a few times a week
