		<td colspan="2"><hr class="sep" />Hi and welcome, 13&quot; wheels should be fine as most mk3 fiesta's came with same size 240mm disc's as smaller ones came with 13&quot; wheels as standard, lowering is always better to replace springs but dont know if can buy lower ones than -60mm and chopped springs seems bit dodgy to me, only problem with going this low will cut out tyres unless adjust suspension geometry.
