saw this on QI the government wanted to clasify jaffa cakes a biscuit as there is tax on chocolate biscuit. so mcvities went and made a giant jaffa cake and showed them that it went hard as it got old, whereas a biscuit goes soft

I had a cocktail last night which was called jaffa cake, very nice plus i had a jaffa cake in the top of it. oh yeah it's a cake but what bout chedders are they a crisp, biscuit or a cracker |

I class them as biscuit, just because in my work they are in the biscuit aisle, not with the cakes.... damn them Jaffa's! |
