anyone a darts player? i play at the pub mostly, just for a laugh, not that good   and i play darts with kirsty's cousin and uncle at their house nothing serious though, although i reckon a local league would be fun if i could get in on one  i have 2 sets of darts One stu_si got me: 22g custom 90% tungsten anodised blue stems and i brought some Harrow Eric Bristow Darts 22g as they were £7

yep i play and aint too bad, My grandad got me in to it at the age of 6. He got me one of those rubbish paper boards but the darts had real points  Use 21gm Harrows powerpoint darts on a winmau diamond board. |

sweet i've only been playing for about 5 months  not allowed a board at home  (women!)the £7 harrow bristow darts i have are steel, debating whether to upgrade to tungsten ones i'm ok, but i need to work on consistency badly, one throw can be 125, the next can be 26

ye i play darts use to play for a sussex pub team but left as i got bored now i play up crows nest sunday nights every now and then i got 5 sets of darts lol and to many flights

I played daily at work for 3 years for 30mins then an hour or so in a pub league. Only annoying thing is I'm a much better player when I've had a drink or two but I was always designated driver as I wasn't local to any of the places we played so I couldnt drink. |

I used to play loads when my mom owned a pub, but pool and snooker was always my priority. Have played darts since though, and just as I start getting into the swing of things, I don't bother playing again for ages. I get too bored of it, walking up and down to collect the darts Wouldn't mind so much if there was some sort of auto-return

Could be, but not as dangerous as what used to play Hold a fag in your mouth, stand with the side of your face against the dartboad with the fag hanging out, and we all take shots at getting the fag pierced with the dart  It made you very good, very quick, otherwise you're taking a bleeding mate up the hospital in your car!

Well it started off with a fag box, on top of your head in front of the dartboard, then when we got better it moved onto fags themselves This is why I don't drink anymore
