just downloaded the demo - and what a demo! its a racing simulator, and i think its fooking awesome. all setups are adjustable :- toe, camber etc. on the demo you have challenges, online multiplayer with thousands of others, full web forum, offline races, and a empty car park you can do donuts (im not joking :lol: ) on the demo you have track races, car park races, autocross, loadsa stuff!

worth a download, and as a plus point, i have the worst computer you could imagine, even sometimes fsi takes an age to load, and yet the game plays smooth as silk, offline and online. i have had to lower the graphics, but its still visually great. guys, download the demo for free, and we will find an empty server and have a fsi race!

trust me guys, its good. also, register here: so you can go online. post up your names, and ill set up a host and we can do some racing! its easier with a wheel, but i use:

throttle: up arrow
brake: down arrow
turn: mouse
gear-up: right arrow
gear-down: left arrow
clutch: mouse click
handbrake: m
change view: v
ignition (for when you stall it): i

i reccomend you register, then have a look around before jumping in. go on the beginers section on the forum, learn the flags etc.

i have no idea what crysis is, but lfs is pretty good. huge online community. its a proper sim, not like need for speed or anything. try it mate :thumbsup:

Used to play this alot, I think is great, when you pull off some noce drifts it's
much more rewarding because it's pretty hard with the mouse lol. Was going to
buy a wheel and pedals for it but never got around to it.

emlyn, you still play it now and again? im still on the demo, might buy a s2 license. downloaded some engine sounds, now got a vtec for the fxg, and made a boxer engine one. also got a new skin i made, cf bonnet/roof, ford motorsport logo's, and of course, a fiesta-si.com sticker :thumbsup:

Yeah still play it every now and then, my one has all the sounds etc on it,
so I havn't downloaded any others. On a seperate note, you know the RWD turbo
car you get in the demo? Well my mate has just bought one of them in real life,
it's a Mitsubishi Starion....awsome.

I still might get a steering wheel and pedals if some pop up on eBay cheapish.

Hours fly by playing that game. I think it's because it's quite envolving, if you just hack it
everywhere you just end up spinning out all over the place. lol.

You going to buy the licence then? There is a crack somewhere, but it's not exactly expensive
anyway so probably worth paying tbh.

if i knew where to find the crack previously mentioned, i would use that, but i think £24 is a small price in relation to teh amount of fun to be had. i really need a wheel though :doh: its hard with rwd cars, as its full throttle or no throttle, although i have got rid of this a bit with the diff settings, started with a locked diff :doh: then open diff, but found the right clutch pack setting now.
