Eat less shit Ryan. Do more excersise and have a balanced diet and there's less chance you'll get ill. Eat more vitamins and minerals and plenty of fruit. Bananas are a good source and taste gooood.

funny scott should say this, as today at work i had total blurred vision and slept for all my dinner break, felt like i was drunk all day... not good. Vending machines are the bane of my life it seems, since working again its just been a case of more junk food and crap. i'm getting my diet back on track again, more healthy and varied foods, though i beleive in getting vitamins from fruit, veg and what not instead of pills from a pharmacy. as for excercise i walk for nearly 2 hours a day going to and from work and no diabetes in my family yet. and apples are better than bananas from a GI point of view afaik, though they takes longer to eat and are more hassle imo. 
My august bank holiday resolution - be healthy. word!
