Just thought i would introduce myself, ive been reading the forum for a while now, but as im picking up an Si i thought i would sign up
quick run down on the car.
Its being sold by a dealer that basically had the car sitting there for about a year, it went into them for a service and mot and had £1400's worth of work done, including a recon engine, passed the mot after that no probs, but the owner decided to take one of their new cars on a lease and left the Si there. So yesterday it went up for sale. As the mot has now run out ive paid a recovery firm to collect it for me, im buying the car blind, stupid i know since the last mot its done less than a mile!! (moving round the yard).
Its an 95 M reg, in black (ash black i beleive), 3 door, never been welded, its done 110k but with the recon engine thats not a prob....
the only prob left to be fixed is a brake problem, they thought it was the brake servo at fault but they have ruled this out and now think its the vaccuum pipe that runs between the servo and inlet (apparantly a common prob on fiestas.???? anyone know anything about this??)
