It was painfull
Especially on my spine and over my kidneys
I have always wanted it done though and it was free and done it in my own home
I wanted my name there

Mines nearer the top of my back so didnt go across the kidneys 
I shall let you know next time I have some done, rest of my back is eventually getting filled then its my arms
