With insurance it does come down to the chicken and the egg.

Insurance costs to much so people don't declare.
People don't declare so insurance goes up.

Would be funny the evo fiesta was a 1.0 on the insurance, police lifting the bonnet, "I don't think that is a 1.0", "really? though it was a bit fast"

With that you could get away with a 1.6 to 2.0 as they look exactly the same. But that doesn't make it right.
