i dont have many hobbies, cars are my main on as they skint me out :teehheee:

but i do like to have a play about with RC cars, gaming(be it ds, xbox360,ps3 etc) and if you class cinema trips a hobby? that i'm some film critic or anything as i dont even know the actors by name on by faces :lolz: :red:

I watch loads of films, but not a massive cinema goer, apart from the big films. I like to be able to enjoy a film without having someone's knee in the back of my head, or popcorn being thrown about :lol:

Yeah, I try to, and even pay for better seats with more leg room, but I still seem to get them. Last one I went to I had to "speak up" about having a foot in the back of my chair rattling all the time... :lol:

Last time I was at the cinema I had to give a group of 15 year old girls the death stare, followed with a loud "REALLY?" question after they wouldn't stop laughing and talking even when the film had started! Was well scared. Would of been happier for it to of been a group of lads, least I can punch back :lol: They did shut up though.

Will update with my hobbies later.

Can't beleive so many have fish! I'm not going to mention that one.

Cant believe there has only been one slight mention of football !!

I used to play Saturdays and Sundays then a couple of seasons ago dropped the Sundays and I dropped the Saturdays when my daughter was born as I'd much rather be enjoying the weekends with my wife and daughter than getting yelled at running round in the pissing rain. I just have a kick about now Thursday nights for an hour

Ah but of course, I too am into football (nursing a sprained ankle after yesterdays game though), but dare not mention it on a car site. It seems an impossible task to talk about football with someone and NOT have people who don't like it come onto the post and start slagging it off or simply saying "I don't like football". If you don't that's fine, so don't read any football posts!!

i'm a football fan - don't play much due to a combination of unfitness, and my feet being buggered affects me knees, ankles, and muscles in my legs, so causes me alot of pain to play! which is a shame as i know where the goal is :(

I like watching England. I make a habit of it. I like the occasional game watching down Bournemouth and I played this evening with my mates as it was sunny. But when a customer walks up to me and goes "see the game last night?? ooooh you didn't? it was great can't believe the result blah blah" It just goes WHOOOSH, over my head. People insist on talking about it at work and I don't know and couldn't give a shit :lol: They don't even realise when I have a blank expression and can't seem to reply properly..

And this is my point entirely. Can't even mention football without people going off saying how they don't like it. There's certain things people have posted about their hobbies, which really, REALLY don't interest me, but guess what I haven't done - slated it and put it down.

Don't like football, get over it and stop complaining about it when people mention it. Simples. :)

Well, without wanting to defer too much from the original post, which was hobbies, I have no feelings regarding Terry becoming captain. I think the amount of attention the media put on him which lost him the captaincy was completely OTT, and don't believe his personal life has an affect on him being captain. I personally think he's a great captain, and he shouldn't be ruled out just because of his personal life. So yeah, I'm quite glad he's captain again actually.

Let's see how many more times I can fit captain in. Well there's one. :lol:
