This one isnt a joke!

havent really got anybody else to tlk to about this as most of my close mates are all away @ uni

Well I have been sen this Girl for a about 8 months and we have been going out for 3 months, (short i know)

We get on so well and she is more than just a Girlfriend i can tlk to hear about anything
We have been through so much together in such a short space of time, between us we had an abortion was totally un planned and both realised that we couldnt support a child.
She has help me cope with my past with my dad and few other personal family problems!
She also supported me through getting a job too as i was struggling for 4 months trying to find one.
We have got a holiday booked for september too, and was even tlking about moving in and getting a place of our own!

BUT

She has been for an interview for a job which she and a few other people (insiders) think she has got! but there is a slight problem,

its in MANCHESTER and im 3hours away from there.

I know people will say about long distance relationships but not sure if that would work for us!

I havent been this happy with somebody for a long long time and i just dont what to do! :-?

I have toyed with the idea of moving with her if she gets it, but that also leaves me leaving another job and i dont wont to be out of work again for 4 months. :-?

i was just wondering what peoples views on this would be, ie your looking from outside the relationship.

Has anybody had this before?

She has told me she feels very strong for me too and really does love me, but what should i do!

Go with her and no job?
Stay and may lose her?

im just so :-?

visit in your time off, weekends etc, if you like it think about moving, look for a job before you do, make sure you compatible as you dont wanna fight as soon as you move in together.

Agree with Op.

See how it goes just visiting for a few months and if it's not enough then consider moving, but, as Op said, look for a job first or you could put too much strain on the relationship.

If you are meant to be, you will stand the test of time and both make the effort for the relationship to work. If not, then at least you won't have upheaved everything for nothing. You are really still in the 'honeymoon' phase of the relationship so it'd be worth seeing how you feel about each other after a few more months before moving.

Why is she going for a job in manchester? She's willing to leave you for a job and hope you follow her or go long distance?

Man it will be very hard if you live so close together for so long then far apart, but you can't move your life totally for one person can you? Leave your friends and family behind (not behind but you wont be there for them as quickly as you can be now)

Long distance is shit! But if you care about someone enough then it can work, but to be fair, if i had a partner i cared that much about, i wouldnt move for any job, so i'd ask her how she feels and why she is willing to leave you possibly to go to manc.

Either way if she moves and you do, or she moves and you don't, it will be very hard on you.. Just make sure you feel it's worth it and she has good motives for you.

It can work, but if it is long distance, it will be a long and drawn out slog. But hey you do what you feel is right at the time for you, her and the future don't you?

The job she has gone for could have been anywhere in the UK it is a Visual Merchadiser for River Island so she could of only been a hour away or so.

i know my family and friends would support me what ever happens! She has said she would wont it to work so im a bit

but we are used to seen each other alot and then to go not maybe once a week its going to be very hard!

Long distance can work if you want it to. my mates got a G/F in huddersfield and he's in nottingham see's her every so often. so if you want it to work then it will. but i always say what was mean't to be will be
