:lol: I'm quite pleased mine doesn't have any glitches in it.

I never have liked the fact phones are getting too much like PC's with operating systems etc, but it's teh way forward. Nothing will change that. So if you can't beat them, keep up with them...

I tell you what mine does do that the Iphone doesn't which I found out the other day when I lost all battery life.

if the iPhone is on 1% battery, it has a matter of minutes before it dies! If my Sony C902 shows that it has 0% battery, it will beep at me that it has no battery for a good 9/10 hours more. Granted I didn't get any txt's or calls in that time (billy no mates :lol: ) but it goes to show that older phones do have some advantages.

Yes but surely if you use all the features on the smartphone i.e emails, internet, facebook etc then surely its a good buy? i just done all my christmas shopping on my desire hd lol

when having a smartphone its your choice whever you choose to have constant facebook access, whats up with constant internet access? you can turn off the option to reveal your location, and other than that what have you to worry about unless you have something to hide? I think ds's are over rated and better for kids games and that is all so id rather play touch screen games on my phone than pay for a ds, its easier to put emulators on android phones to. The sat nav is good enough and free aswell as.

If you you dont like the phones thats fine but dont put them on a label as a rip off because with my job im out in different places all the time and with oe device thats fits snuggley in my pocket i have so much.

The whole ps3 thing is doing my ead in abit because they may be abit more expensive but to say games are better xbx is silly because most of the big games are on both of them but look better on ps3 as its more powerful so the jagged edges are more likely to appear on the xbox, plus it plays bluray discs from the off. You all make out that psn network is cack but it isnt, iv never had a problem with it and its getting better all the time and most importantlyit is free, you may get more with xbox live ut i cant see why you should pay to play your games online? its nonsence. Im not saying one is better than the other as fact but i cant see why people can put xbox on pedastal. Pc will always be better but there is aload of messing around to play games.

not read the whole debate because discussing it is actually pointless (the very reason it's in Random i guess).

Smart-phone / old generic phones. It's like comparing a Plane to a Bike. Both modes of transport. :rolleyes:
But, yes by definition Percy is right :look:

...the cost saving between your contract & mine is £15. For the sake of £15, i know what I'd rather have.
