I'm sitting here in work, and the sky has gone black! It looks like it's gone back to nighttime :lol: It was lighter when I got up at 6!

We've got thunder and lightening of epic proportions! We've not had a proper storm like this for ages, and I mean ages! The rain is monsoon like, the lightening is mahoooooooosive, and thunder is shaking the building, literally! :D

Love it! Hopefully it'll knock the power off and we can all go home. Cracking!

Always reminds me of when I was a kid looking out the window at a thunderstorm :D

I was standing in a metal doorway fire escape, holding my phone up and filming it all like a little kid :lol:

The thing was it got dark so quick it was like Independance Day :lol: I thought the end was nigh! The Apocalypse was happening!

Then it stopped and got light again :(

I was on the phone to Sam at the time aswell, and we both went "Ooooo" at one lightening sheet that happened. Thing is, I work 20 miles away! :lol:

All back to boring normal now though :(

I know what you mean thunder, lightning and tornadoes facinate me, but we never get anything good around here

speaking of which that one you had came over here about 6am and took a few trains out when it struck it at aldershot and knocked out all the points and signalling too, what a barsteward! :lol:

Fortunately i go to work on a different line so i just laughed :halo:
