Guys, I urgently need the brake shoes and all associated bits for handbrake etc. from the larger rear drums. Basically everything under the drum except the cylinder. Paul |

Euro car parts? That's where I got my drum and shoes from. I doubt they will sell handbrake bits though so you may have to go second hand with them bits. Have you asked over on Fiestaturbo at all? Someone on there may have the bits ![]() |

Hi Danny, Have asked at FT also I've got the shoes, but they didnt come with the handbrake lever on the shoe as you are supposed to swap them over apparently?!?!?! Did the Eurocarparts shoes have the lever attached for you? Garage also tried Ford but couldn't get them from them either!! Bit pissed off now as the car is MOT'd waiting to be picked up but I cant as we cant get the handbrake to work! Arse biscuits! |

I'm not 100% sure if mine had the bits, I'm pretty sure I only got the shoes. It's pretty damn annoying having one thing left before you can get it moving, I'm waiting on a fuel pump and that's it lol |

Yup!! I've just gone and ordered a focus rear disc setup as a back up... Think I'm going to order the shoes from Ford and hope they come with the levers, they must seeing as the adjuster kit doesnt come with them!! Otherwise what you supposed to do if one breaks? Scrap your car.... actually knowing Ford, thats quite likely!! I've got a Mk5/Puma fuel sender which I think has the pump as I was going to use it on my Puma dials to try and get the fuel gauge to read correct. Not sure if I'm doing that now, want me to check if that has the pump on it? Paul |
