I'm not trying to change the day as i understand that for most its the best possible day, I'm just saying for me personally its always a bit awkward with my job. Its the reason why i've had to pull out last minute for the last couple of sixfields. Hopefully this 1 I can book it off and the boss will stick to it. (also i am hoping to have a new job that doesnt mean i have to work weekends by then)

I like the idea that it is tagged to the RR as well as it means i only need to book the 1 day off

i'm in snitches! on holiday the following saturday so might be a paint to get it off work but ill try my hardest

we know times etc? should be good too as there will be more daylight would like to see a damn good turnout though chaps!

really think everyone, including myself should get together for a huge one. get as many si's together as poss.

any idea's on even getting a tiny piece in fastford? i know its a long shot but if someone can pull strings and get it sorted? could kick start something i reckon. probably dreaming here but id love it.

As much as we all love Sixfields, and as great as it is, Fast Ford will not come to a meet that's so small in the grand scheme of things. You have to remember there are much bigger meets out there for a more recognised class of Ford, and they don't really go to them that much either. Something like our Sixfields meet which isn't done with any kind of authorities approval isn't something they'd be interested in. We did try before when Sixfields was actually much bigger, and had more FSi's.

Just enjoy Sixfields for what it is

Pulsar's going because it's not what I want in a car anymore. I've gone past it in my old age

fair point. personally i think it's bollocks. but thats me. all type of fords that are owned by enthusiasts and have their own website (bearing in mind we are tiny compared to others) should be noticed.

and true, the only meet i went to was mint, and i expect the ones i go to in the future will be even better. but it would be nice for si's to be recognised a bit more.
