Only cost me about a tenner in diesel so i shant bitch but to think we could of just done the meet down south, would of been warmer aswell :lol:

christ it was cold, i had to use my heater for the first time :shock:

sounds liek a big let down again on this

i would have been along if it wernt the fact im going away on monday and had to do alot of bits yesterday. but glad i didnt if it was just a southern meet miles away

Who didn't go who said they were going in the end then?

It was a cold night though, we were camping at another car meet and by 9pm it just dropped!

it's a shame sixfields has just died a death just lately... I'm sure it will get a revival at some point!

I think sixfields has run its course now, i dont think that alot of people that went last night will go up again just with the fear of knowone turning up again. Its a shame as the 2 times ive been before its had a fairly good turn out

unfortunatly thats not quite the point. everyone that went was from down south, so the meet could of been held alot closer to home for everyone. top of the m23/bottom of the m25 would of been the middle ground, thats 100 miles less each way for me. let alone phil

If there had been a couple of more northern people had of turn up it would of been fine, but its just the fact it was a southern meet , up north

ill admit my 'jap crap' mitsu wheel bearing did indeed shit itself, however, all fixed soon i hope. I still enjoyed myself, i just wish it was held 100 miles further south, as it was a 192 mile round trip for me, which in the new car turns out to be fairly expensive. cams, manifold etc all helped :doh:

Oh and just to clear it up ...

We didnt come in my car because i was too tierd to drive, id been driving most of the day and got stuck in loads of traffic.
Plus whats the point in driving 2hrs and wasting petrol when nobody turns up anyways, i certainly wont be going to another sixfields!

If people have things to say id rather you said it to my face than talk behind my back, thanks

i remember when it was the other way round when there was not a lot of people comming from down south, and us from up here felt exactaly the same, which is probs why theres only really me that goes to most of the sixfields,

any way sorry i wasnt there, as in bullit points i had
1/ a funeral to go to and to sort out,
2/ a engagement party to go to,
3/ and i forgot as its been a while since a sixfields
