i wouldnt bother with 3psi. you will hardly notice it.

chatter is far better than the sound of dump valve anyway (which i have found out by removing mine )

Assuming its for your current engine setup...

You will need new cams, NA tuned cams usually have a slight overlap, any sort of forced induction on them would really f**k things up.

As mentioned, Get a FRST engine or a budget 1.8 zetec turbo, I would say a 1.8 as you can use a decomp plate and keep the standard pistons, this is advised on a 2.0 as the pistons won't take it.
