there's no gap between the wheel and the arch, you cant put your fingers between the wheel and the wing 
its low.

if the wheel is sitting level with the arch its 60mm, if its sitting out of the arch its not 60mm. |

mine is only 35mm afaik doesnt look much higher? i can get fingers in there at an angle, but not flat.

Ah yes, but the secret with Scott's is that he has used inflatable swimming pool water rings for tyres, fillin the gap between arch and wheel... is car isn't actually lowered...

Thats not lowered. Mines down 35mm on 15's and yeah i have 50's but it sits on the arch lip. |

That's definately lowered, have a look at standard suspension in the pic above. But as Titty says, parking half on a kurb really doesnt help with judging ride height
