<br />heaters, mk4/5 are not mechanical like the mk3, you will need to change the heater matrix over as well as cut away at the bulkhead.

<br />
<br />I have done the conversion myself, main problems are the heater matrix and wiring for the heater matrix. You have to cut a hole in the bulkhead as the air inlet is in a different place. Also you have to modifiy the air box so it fits. wiring can be a bietch and although i did mine about a year ago, i still have no clock, the heater is stuck on hot and i have a dead short for my interior lighs ect.
