oh i see are the 1.6 and RS exhaust manifolds different sizes then? i always thought they were the same size? |

as far as i could work out, both the same. didint look different it was cheap, and brand new, so i bought it |

what are you wanting to fit that for? are you turboing it? as far as i know the post dont line up and you need an adapter plate stick with the rs1800 inlet or the 2.0 focus one or your 1.6 one |

me also got rs1800 exhaust manifold apparently the bends flow better better shaped ports and it was of a formula 3 so already had egr removal setup and cost £12 lolol |

the 1.6 zetec has smaller ports, xr2i 16v is better than 1.6 item then the rs1800 is the best out of the two, but the 2.0 blacktop inlet would be best. but what do i no im a cvh expert:D |

The best inlet manifold by far is the weber alphtronic EFi throttle body setup but that costs mega bucks but it can be setup to perfection and gain mega power from it |
