ive never taken the front bumper off but i know its fairly easy depending on rusty bumper threads,ive taken the rear bumper off a few times and its very simple, simply unscrew the 2 screws on the both sides of the bumper then open the boot and u will find 2 nuts unscrew them with a deep socket, disconnect the number plate light holder, and pull the bumper off from the sides (makes it easier ) for the front i think u have to take out the inner arch liners, and move grey box thingy which is to do with emmisions (can't remember the name), and on the other side move the washer bottle out of the way and if u look around that area theres 2 bolts, oh and the screws on both sides of the bumper
(btw i haven't taken off the front bumper before, so i may be incorrect)
