Ok I will add that Pug and Saxo are basically the same. Here is a series of pictures which should do the trick
Basically ford wheels can go on a Pug/Saxo easier than Saxo wheels onto a ford.

Which then means:
Saxo wheels on a Fiesta will stick out more than usual and you can't reduce this, but with that not so far that it isn't do able.
So yes Pug wheels will fit a ford but the offset is wrong, where ford wheels on a pug can be done correctly as spacers can be used to correct it.
