Just wondering on what induction kit you lot prefer, I want a K&N but a few people have said to go in the pipercross direction, So what do you have? How does it perform? What would you reccommend to me. Cheers in advance, Paul. |

its all Psychological. Because you have put it on your tricking yourself into thinking that the cars actually better. Tested this on my mate. Said we'd put on the K&N, and let him take it for a drive and he said it was much quicker, truth was we hadnt even opened the bonnet ![]() The real gain is around 1HP i reckon, but its just something we all do. |

Well they do make a difference, revs stay up during gear changes and does give it a better throttle response.. Don't know why anyone would buy a pipercross 'induction kit' you don't even get an induction hose.. It's an air filter.. ![]() |

Always nice to have free flowing air.. and all that space the O.E filter takes up can be used for.. another battery? an air horn? a fridge?.. |

now i have a pipercross and the chip in the car it is much better. Revs dont drop as much when you change gear, and pulls harder in all gears when you accelerate. |
