Magnex apparently, but like you said its down to personal preference! Im not a fan of big loud exhausts either! JJ has a magnex 4" with De-cat and thats sounds spot on! 8-)

Magnex. they are expensive, but worth the money. well designed, look fantastic, give a lovely increase in the drive of the car, and sounds perfect. it's quiet when tking it steady, all noise is airfilter, but when giving it some it sounds ace.
£420 i think for full system and De-cat
