okay iam going to but the rs engine the 130ps one in my si.

where and what can i find info on how to get performance upgrades like the manifold. ive seen these tubular manifolds on zetecs, were can i get these and what sort of bhp would i get?
i would be helpful if people could give me a list of things i can do to it keeping it n/a. i know about throttle bodies. what sort of gain would i see? 180bhp i want. already got the performance exhaust and filter so theres a little start. help would be appreciated thank you
