Hi guys just wondering if anybodys put a HO manifold on a 1.6s with an 1800 throttle body??? any noticable power improvements? am thinking of trying it as i havent got all the bits yet for my 2l conversion would it work with 2l mondeo injectors and is there any point? the car has a 4 2 1 stainless manifold no cat and magnex cat back system, have read a lot about the 1.6 so manifold shit air flow???? thanks |

Should improve throttle responce and make it sound better... other than that no major power increase, if you cba do it... if not, wait for the 2.0 lol |

Only real way to check is rolling road or drag racing before and after as doubt you would tell the difference apart from on paper With a mk1 1.1fiesta I've knocked nearly 2 seconds off my drag time with simple things like porting out the stock manifold |
