How hard is it to change a windscreen on the mk3.5? I have a mk3 xr2i heated front screen I want to fit but I've got no idea how easy it will be or what else I will need to get to fit it. Cheers in advance |

cut the rubber?!?! just fold the inner seal past the metal where the screen sits and then you can reuse your seal instead of having to pay £35 for a non-genuine screen seal |

Yeah, easy, but time-consuming to move the inner seal. Start from the top centre around the rear view mirror and have someone help you to even the pressure. Only MK4 and MK5 screens need the rubber cutting as it's proper bonding. |

The guy is asking how to do It's the easy way I done it my self many times I was fitting windscreens for about 10 years he never done it should be able to get second hand one cheap |
