hi i just want a few different options i am looking for a new steering wheel cause mine is showing wear from the sun so i am just wondering what the best looking steering wheel is as i dont want a aftermarket 1 as i want to keep it looking original and it must have airbag really but i dont mind if it dont  any ideas what steering wheels would look better if not i will just replace the original

yea it is nice but weather and greasy hands have took its tol it is sticky to touch and you can literally pick stuff of it i might look at getting another 1 but my 1 is just manky and ideas how to give them a good scrub without ruining the material

I know what you mean, one of the vans has a steering wheel like that, horrible to touch. Isnt there any leather treatment that will work? |

you will have problems putting a non air bagged wheel fom a earlier fiesta on due to the locking mechanism |

not sure you can use a non airbag one u yjust need to swap the lock over with it |

The escort GTi one is nice, and it will fit. However you'd have to gut the horn mechanism lol |

the lock isnt hard to swap over just slides off |

looks the same but it has a different colour around the top or mine is just that manky it looks a different colour

yea mine looks sorta navy blue/greeny colour but it also looks like alot of oily hands have been on it so i can pick bits of black stuff off and it is a bit sticky to touch so might go for a rs steering wheel that has not got turbo engraved as that would make me feel like it is some thing it is not so just a plain rs steering wheel that the earlier rs1800s had |

Have you tried baby wipes? I know it sounds silly, but they are what i always use on my interior trim lol, and every time i clean my steering wheel with it the wipe turns brown, ew i know lol but atleast i know it's taking the dirt off. Whereas i once used a leather wipe on the wheel and the wipe was blue, so it was taking out the dye, never used one since. |

no not yet but i will give it a try was going to change it for something like this but would need to change the lock

well that one aint a rs turbo one as the rst has turbo on the centre cap thats a rs1800 one |
