yea that is all i have done to mine just a good wire brushing and a coat of hammerite

i know the calipers need temp paint on (which i have) however, i'm not sure whether the drums need temp paint, or can it just be plain old hammerite? thanks, ben |

use black hamerite on rear drums on the Fiesta and punto and they have been fine, just clean them well and get rid of any flake rust with a wire brush before painting and they will be fine. |

you can unbolt the calipers and paint them off the car but alot of people paint them on the car |

to get the best finish calipers off and a good going over with a angle grinder with wire brush attachment |
